Each location has set up an office to handle regulation counseling service, providing a special room to ensure privacy. Personnel familiar with special cases can provide counseling and in-depth explanations when necessary.
　
Number dispenser and number displays have been installed for clients to ensure timely service and avoid the hassle of waiting in line.

　
Home-service for the disabled and elderly over 65 is available upon request by phone.
　

b. Street names, address signs, registration and verification of seals, safeguarding data and issuing certification to immigrants related to Japanese Occupation household surveys, issuing national identification cards, preparation of student lists, household reports and statistics.

b. Office hours are 8:30~17:30, Monday to Friday.

c.All Household Registration Offices provide English versions of Household Registration Certificates.

d.Computerized Household Registration Fee Receipt service is available at all 12 household registration offices. This is the earliest computerized billing system in the country.

e.Telephone appointments can be made for those applying for information of the residents during the Japanese Colonial period. Current Household Registration Certificates can also be appointed in the same way .

f.Services of name change can be completed at one counter.
