a. Applications for Household Registration Certificate can be made by e-mail or phone. b. Office hours are 8:30~17:30, Monday to Friday. c.All Household Registration Offices provide English versions of Household Registration Certificates. d.Computerized Household Registration Fee Receipt service is available at all 12 household registration offices. This is the earliest computerized billing system in the country. e.Telephone appointments can be made for those applying for information of the residents during the Japanese Colonial period. Current Household Registration Certificates can also be appointed in the same way . f.Services of name change can be completed at one counter.
