You will need the completed application form, certified documents of the organization (registration certificate of the legal person, and the accreditation certificate of the civil organization) and a brief introduction of the activities (documents such as an activity plan, general regulations, and flyers). Please apply from 3 months to 10 days in advance, and pay in full by 7 days before the day of use. You can submit the application via mail, a representative, over the internet, or in person.
